Participants will learn how to use the SOAR model—Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results—to create a positive frame for individuals, and communities to generate new perspectives, creative ideas, and measurable growth. Based on the appreciative inquiry model, SOAR leverages the ICF Core Competencies to equip the coach to develop generative and productive conversations.

Resource for the class is Stavros and Hinrichs, Learning to Soar (available from Amazon and other booksellers).

Requirement: At least 16 hours of previous coach training is expected (Disciple Development Coach Training fulfills this requirement.)

Fee: $350. A deposit of $75 holds your spot. Remainder can be paid monthly.
