Each participant will complete the Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile online ($50 value) prior to the first session. You will join a group coaching experience to reflect on your personal social and emotional intelligence in four areas--self-awareness, self-management, relationship management, and other awareness, then set change goals and receive support from your coach and other group members.   Group is limited to four participants.
