SCT 201: The Being of Coaching
What is the difference between a coach and a mentor, supervisor, or counselor? How does a coach show up in a relationship? Using the ICF core competencies, we will focus on the essence of coaching in your leadership and the essence of being a coach. This class is a deep dive in helping the learner to embody the role of coach that includes demonstrating ethical practice, embodying a coaching mindset, establishing and maintaining agreements, cultivating trust and safety and maintaining presence.
Requirement: Participant must have completed at least 16 hours of coach training.
