CultureShift: Shifting Your Student Ministry from Events to Entertain to a Culture That Thrives

If you love working with students you know how wonderful, rewarding, and frustrating the work can be. You also know just how incredible these young people are and how we want to activate the good gifts we see in them. In this webinar we will discuss the shift from managing programs and events to creating a culture where these students can thrive.

In this webinar we will invite participants to rethink the way they approach ministry moving from a environment of distraction to an immersion into a culture that invites students into the way of Jesus that transforms and empowers. Ministries will consider tools to evaluate the culture of their student ministry then consider tools that will help shift from program to purpose.
