The Enneagram of Personality is system with ancient roots that identifies nine personality types, each with its own superpowers and blind spots. The Enneagram isn’t just a personality inventory, rather it is an integrative system that helps us discover not just behavioral patterns, but the motivations underneath our behaviors. By studying the Enneagram, pastors, chaplains, pastoral counselors and other ministry leaders can gain a deepened understanding of their motivations and behaviors and discover greater compassion for the motivations and behaviors of others in their ministry setting as well as in personal relationships.

Rhonda Abbott Blevins is a Pinnacle Associate & Certified Enneagram Trainer. Rhonda has provided clergy coaching through Pinnacle since 2012, becoming certified as an Enneagram trainer in 2022. Rhonda received her Doctor of Ministry from Mercer University’s McAfee School of Theology in 2014. Currently the pastor of Chapel by the Sea, an interdenominational church in Clearwater Beach, Florida, Rhonda’s previous work includes denominational leadership, associate pastor, and campus minister.

Dr. Deb Walters is more than an accomplished grief counselor and spiritual care guide; she is a beacon of hope and a pillar of support in challenging times.
With a wide range of qualifications including a Ph.D., M.Div., BSW, BCC, LPC, and certification as an Enneagram Coach, she brings a wealth of expertise to her work. In addition to helping her clients navigate through loss, she collaborates with professionals on complex cases and offers specialized retreats and seminars.
Dr. Deb is an ordained clergy member and the author of the inspiring books, Living Boldly and Dying Well and Generous Grief.

Pinnacle coaches are trained toward facilitating growth and progress. The purpose of a coaching group is growth in leadership, including support and encouragement. These groups are limited in size, including pastors, chaplains, pastoral counselors, and church staff from various denominations, working collaboratively in a confidential setting toward implementing wisdom from the Enneagram in the ministry setting.
